Question About Panasonic Cordless Telephone KX-TGA641
KX-TGA641 Missed call message...

How do I turn off the "Missed call" message on my phone? My message screen displays this massage all the time, and I do not know how to cancel it. My answering machine is provided through my phone provider account, and I do not need the service from my cell phone.

3 Click on the menu button. This should show "View Caller ID" screen. Scroll through your list. Those calls with a "check mark" have been viewed. Those without the check have not been viewed and therefore still considered missed. A quick scroll will reveal which calls are in the missed call list (clearing from the # missed calls as you go).
