I have a message that I have a voice mail, but when I go to the mailbox, there is not voicemail message. I think there was a way I could clear this message, but cannot remember it.

5 There is a difference between a voicemail message and a answering machine message. Voicemail is usually set up by your telephone provider and you call in by dialing (for example (*90) then going through the prompts and removing it. The panasonic has a menu feature to delete messages. See below: To delete the current message (being played back), click on * followed by 4. To delete all messages click on * followed by 5. For operating instructions, go to the panasonic.com, select support downloads. You want to select operating instructions which will open as a pdf file. To know the exact procedure I would need the model number on the phone and not the charging base. Panasonic PNLC 1010 is the wireless charging base for a few phones...
