cant change settings...

need to change ringer type and lower ringer volume

0 If you haven't received already, hope this helps. press the mute/function button, then scroll down to the 3rd choice, 'ringer setting' press the pad to the right, then make your choice(s) and the options will be displayed for you. I LOVE this phone, wish I could find a new handset that was not really expensive, but.... you get what you pay for ;)
