Cannot hear phone signal, but does dial out, do not hear it ring or being answered but I am called back on my cel phone because they could hear me fine but on my end there is no sound... of course the volume is already all the way up, have troed speaker, sti l no sound. HELP please its my elderly parents home system all of the sudden it started doing this.
