the problem is that suddenly the handset can't find the base anymore, the antenna symbol keeps blinking and there's no way to restore the connection. I tried to reregister it, to take off the batteries and unplug it for one day, and to reset the handset, with no luck. Last year this happened for the first time and as I could not work it out I replaced it with my old cordless. After some months I tried to plug in kxtcd820 and to my surprise it started working fine again. Maybe an hard reset or deep reset could help, but I do not know how to perform it.
