Trying to set up a conference call with a Panasoni...

Trying to set up a conference call with a Panasonic KX-TG5672 and following instructions from p 44 of manual on Conference calls but procedure does not seem to be working. Plz advise on the steps to set up a conference call with 2 outside lines. Any questions, plz call me at 802-824-9950. Thanks, Carl
