It says new voice mail press VM then it rings and ...

It says new voice mail press VM then it rings and says the number you have dialed is not in service .Check and see if you are dialing the right number .The number that it shows on the screen is 8913. I can not get my screen to clear up . I also do not have ant messages HELP!!
