I have Voice mail service from Qwest. something has happened so that it goes to voice on the second ring; however, no message is recorded on my phone or on voice mailo. However today i was on the phone when some one called in and it did go to the remote voice mail. It used to go to remote voice mail after about 6 rings. I have a panasonic model KX-TG 9341T with four phones. I don't have a manual. Bill at bhlinton@q.com
