I cannot get my Panasonic KX-TG 8421E answer machi...

I cannot get my Panasonic KX-TG 8421E answer machine to work with sky talk , it was fine with BT but will not work since changing to sky, I have had sky answer service disabled but the machine still doesn't pick up messages. The caller does not hear my answer phone message.
