Question About Panasonic Answering Machine KXTG4321
Can't register handset to base unit...

I purchased a KX-TG4321 and then purchased a KX-TG430B separately. The handset is saying I need to "press Locator on base then push ok" and when I do that the base just beeps for about a minute and then stops, doing nothing else. I can't do anything with the handset, this message overrides anything, I can't even get into the menu.
