I have Motorola Talkabout ptt T5720 radios. 3 year...

I have Motorola Talkabout ptt T5720 radios. 3 years old, used twice. Worked excellent. Now each radio will not receive each other. Is there a setting that is not set right? Batteries new. Both set on same channel. Please help. Thanks.
