Question About Telephone T7208
T7208 When Seting up Mailbox I'm not asked for Ext?...

When I'm setting up a new mailbox I'm not asked for an Ext: I'm also not able to pick subscriber as an option. Now if someone is transfered the voicemail defaults to the General Mailbox but if they are transfered directly to the Voicemail box it goes to the correct mailbox. How can I fix this.
