how do I open this phone for repair? I want to ge...

how do I open this phone for repair? I want to get inside because I have 4 of 6 phones that have a very low volume, almost inaudible. Perhaps I should get inside without breaking the plastic bezel or any other part, the info would be nice. I am just a broken down old veteran who needs to hear the phone in his house. Thanks!
