I returned my EM229 to Southern Telecom for Customer Service and I can not get any information from anyone at any phone number. It has been three months and no word. Where can I get help?

0 I'm not asking for a manual. I returned the EM229 bluetooth for Warranty Service or replacement and I can not get any information about what is being done about it.
