I have a problem with the remote unit. It is showing NOT REG , the set is not communicating to the base unit. other remote is working fine. pl suggest ,how to set it right please

1 sorry, the solution given in the manual not works. Still it is showing NOT REG and getting registered to base unit and Antenna still hunts
