Able to receive calls but cannot dial out. The dial tone sounds like it has message waiting. We have just shifted homes and hoped to plug in Dads phone and all would be good but he can,t seem to press the M buttons or dial out. He is receiving calls fine. Is this to do with the phone or Telstra?
