I have Northern Telecom Jazz 4400, Jazz Plus phone...

I have Northern Telecom Jazz 4400, Jazz Plus phone with programmable dial buttons in need to be reprogrammed. Please advise how to re-program the buttons (on the side of the apparatus) meaning how to enter any new phone number for quick dial???
