We have 3 lines. 2 for phone and 1 for fax. Caller...

We have 3 lines. 2 for phone and 1 for fax. Callers keep saying that they cant leave us a message the mail box is full. Even when we are sure its empty. Is there a mail box for each line? If so, how do i check the other lines?
