Question About Nortel Networks Telephone M7310
voice mail for incoming direct line...

when calling one of our co worker's phone with the extension the voicemail picks up. when calling the direct line for that extension it says that the voicemail has not been set up. my voicemail picks up for people calling my extension and my direct line
