Question About Nortel Networks Telephone not sure
the bottom of my phone says Nortel Networks NT8b2...

the bottom of my phone says Nortel Networks NT8b27Jaaa T7316E A)993448 I need model number and more importantly, my messages are blocked and it says contact network administrator. he says he only knows how to reset and I would lose all messages. I can't do this, the last message my daughter left me is still on this phone! HELP What is model?
