0 make your first call, then hit feature 3, this will put your call on hold and then tell you to make the 2nd call. Make your 2nd call, then pick up your other line. You should be all connected.

0 make 1st call - put them on hold - make 2nd call on other line - do not put 2nd call on hold - Hit Feature 3 or "Conference" - hit 1st caller line - both lines should no longer flash and all three callers should be on conference call.
