0 You need to use the line redirection feature not the call forward feature. Call forward only lets you forward to another phone in the system not an external phone number. Hit "feature 84" then select the outgoing line to be used for redirected calls; then enter the number to which calls will be redirected and press OK; select the lines to be redirected then press OK. To cancel line redirection press "feature #84"; select the lines to be canceled and press OK
