Please help I have been on hold 3x in the last 2 ...

Please help I have been on hold 3x in the last 2 days for a minium of an hour with no response. U gave ab 3x8 DR5.1 phone. The is a password on the voicemail from the last employee that I need to remove to retrieve my messages Your manual does not give instructions about this. How can I delete last password please?
