Password locked and needs changed...

we had an employee leave suddenly and I need to get into her phone,how do I unlock the messaging password

0 Push the feature button then 983. The admin passworrd default is 120000 Push the button below mbox Push the button below chg Enter the extension number Select password reset. Hang up. Push feature 981 put in password 0000 (default) It will say you need to reset the password Put in the 4 digit password you want You're good to go.
