on my phone model NTMN32GA, I have a message waiting to be heard but when I push the message button it dials a number, in this case is an extension inside of the building I work, in a normal condition the telephone ask me for a keyword and then it let me hear all the messages stored, I don´t know why, could you help me to solve such issue please?
