Question About Nortel Networks Telephone M7310
Norstar M7310...

Cannot dial out. Have dial tone, but call does not go through. Already check with telephone company and they said our telephone service is working. When they ran a debug they could not see the buttons I was pressing and they said that it is our phone that is causing the problem.
