My supervisor has a Nortel digital phone without forward button, I need to know how to program his phone to be able to forward to my phone when he is absent

0 The above manual does not help resolve the issues for the M3902 model... this phone has no "forward" button etc. It has two autodial buttons and one button that pulls up voice mail and call pilot commands but no forward information nor feature.
