Question About Nortel Networks Telephone T7208
Just purchased used telephone T7208 at flee market...

Just purchased used telephone T7208 at flee market. Plugged it in to 2 different outlets, main line and line in bedroom, no dial tone. Changed cords. Nothing. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
