I have a Nortel Networks phone its the T7316E model, BCM50 systems unit. The voicemail has locked up on the phone due to wrong passcode. I've done the troubleshooting I've found online to unlock the voicemail, but so far it won't work. I've tried pressing the feature 984 then log in : 1020000. Then it says it should promt me to press the mailbox key on the display screen, but it never comes up. do you have any suggestions? Thanks, Jamie
