I have a Home Receptionist phone from US WEST Made by...

I have a Home Receptionist phone from US WEST. Made by Nortel, model PT390. The caller id does not work when spmeone calls, but as soon as they hang up, when viewing the last call, the name and number show up. Cannot find a manual for this phone online.
