I have a 350 phone and the display fails to work, ...

I have a 350 phone and the display fails to work, what can I do? I've tried to unplug and plug the transformer back in (left it out for 1/2 hr). I've tried to press the brightness button. I've checked all the connections, all ok. Nothing worked.
