I am unable to reset my password on the voicemail and access the message that is on there, how do I do that? I have a T7316E telephone.

0 Go online to Nortel Networks Businss Mgr and reset password to admion password. Then go to telephone, enter Feature 981, admin psswrd. enter new psswrd twice.
