Hi, I have just started work with a company who have Nortel M3902 Meridiean Digital Telephones. The 'message' function is flashing with a red light, which I am presuming means there is a message. However, I need a PIN# to access this message.... which can not be found anywhere. Is there a way of retreiving this message without a PIN#? Also, what is the procedure I follow to change the voicemail recording? Your help would be much appreciated. Kind regards, Melitta
