hi I have a 8827 and am the 1st to receive and direct calls. One person at an extension is complaining that it only rings twice before the call is kicked back to me. also after spring break, I came back and my phone states,"services on" and LIST when I hit list "night ringing" comes on with exit, when I hit exit, it does nothing
