Question About Nortel Networks Telephone Nortel Norstar T7310
Hand set does not work...

Not able to hear person on other end of hand set while plug is in the hand set jack. Phone works when hand set plug is in the head set jack. And Handsfree/Mute button does not work while hand set plug is in the head set jack.
