enterprise edge m7310 telephone - when an external...

enterprise edge m7310 telephone - when an external call when come in, I could answer it, either page or transfer it, and it would ring back to my phone if it wasn't answered elsewhere - right now it's not 'ringing' back anymore - any ideas why?
