Question About Nortel Networks Telephone M7324N
DIRECT PICK UP...

I could not answered the telephone when customer call. I have to press the line with flashing arrow in order to answer. I could not answer the phone when i pick up the telephone? I set the direct pick up is on. Any ideas how to fix this problem. Thanks for you help.
