Question About Nortel Networks Telephone Norstar ICS
CCR Tree...

I need the calls into the CCR to link and transfer out to another number. I currently have Centrex lines but each time a call comes in to the CCR tree it accesses two lines instead of one.

0 I have a brand new Nortel phone, and I was wondering how to send people to voice mail after my phone rings four times. Right now it's sending people to my fax machine.
