0 1) Feature 983, Log 120000, mBox, Change, enter mBox #(i.e.-24), hold Reset.... this changes current password to default password 0000 for mBox #(i.e.-24). Next.... 2)Feature 981, Other (do not enter password, instead go to "Log"), now enter the mBox # (i.e.-24) plus default password 0000 (i.e.-240000). Next.... 3) Follow voice prompt to change password (cannot start with #0), Re-enter new password (i.e.-246810), Say name clearly, Play name back, if satisfied then OK. Next.... 4)When accessing mBox, Feature 981, Other (shows "Log"), enter mBox # plus new password (i.e.-24246810), this is how you will now access your mBox.
