At work I have a Nortel Networks M3904. I would like to know if this phone is equipped with Telicoil for people that are hard of hearing?

0 Though the Nortel literature states "hearing aid compatible", you will require other equipment from standard purchase. Ring level does get loud enough and light does blink on phone when called. I headset by third party is required. There are many brands but it is up to you to decided what is best for your needs. Kind of blanket statement but without specifics of location of use of phone or environment and hope you understand.
