After unplugged my T7208 from another phone line &...

After unplugged my T7208 from another phone line & plugged it back to my phone jack, everytime I tried to use the call v/m button - it states "denied in admin". How do I fix that so I can access call v/m button instead of dial feature 981. Thanks.
