Question About Nortel Networks Cordless Telephone T7316E
t7316e cant transfer...

I can't get the transfer working. When someone calls in, we try to transfer to a number stored in speed dials. The tech guy said it would work, but i cant get it to. Sure i'm just pressing simple buttons wrong, but.....i just cant work out how to do it without someone getting cut off.
