Question About Nortel Networks Cordless Telephone T7316E

Hi My buttons on the left hand side are for incoming calls only and when someone phones in, it comes up are company name Key, unfortunatly we are no longer called Key we are now called Gilpin ESD and it wont let me change the name on the screen to say Gilpin ESD. Any idea on how i do this
