0 Call your phone from your remote location. During the playing of your outgoing message, press the star (*) key TWICE. You will be prompted to enter BOTH your 4-digit handset extension number AND your password. Enter these and follow by hitting the pound (#) button. Your messages (if any) will begin to playback just as if you were sitting in your office at the handset. Hope that helps!
