Need to Change the Time on Display...

I work for the School and can't find the manual for my phone. The time is off by more than an hour. I have searched for directions but can't find/figure out how to change it. On the back it says: Nortel M5316 NT4X42CA03 Thanks...........Teresa R terersa.rarick@kodiakschools.org
