I am having problems with our phone it is a m7310b norstar. We can make calls but when someone calls in it rings and when we pick up the phone it does not connect properly. We sometime have to hit the line it is ringing on and if the person decides to stay on the line we then can pick up the call again. I know this is confusing but we don't know what to do.
