we have the NEC model # DTH-16D(BL)-1(BK)TEL---multiple phone lines. I am trying to forward my phone to my cell number which is a long distance number- I have to put a long distance code in, after I hit pause twice, for it accept the call forwarding. Where or what button on these phones is the pause button. Thanks, Beth Lewis
