When trying to make an outgoing call the phone will only work on speaker and the person on the other end can't hear you. When an incoming call comes it will only pick up on speaker and the person still can't hear you but you can hear them. There will also be calls tht are dropped in the midst of a conversation. The phone company has check the lines and they say they are all working fine.
