Previous employee left company and we need to reset voicemail and do not have previous code to access it. How do we override code and setup new code.

0 From the Attendant phone access the Voice Mail enter the security code. Go to - MGR Go to - Check Box (or approx Accronym) Enter Extension Delete Security Code Reset to new OR Delete VM box Re-enter Ext Create new VMbox.
