I have a DT300 series NEC and for some reason I can no longer transfer a outside call to an extension or back to an outside line (mobile) when I press transfer it says Hold on the screen

0 hola disculpa sabes al parecer tenemos el mismo aparato pero sabes ami al conectarlo me dice initialize por que sale eso y no tiene tono nada
